DeAndre Smith was raised in the Houston area and was involved in organized sports such as football, baseball, and basketball. DeAndre Smith is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Communication with a focus in television and radio. He was heavily involved as a student assistant in the media production at the Stephen F. Austin campus. He is currently specializing in editing. Some of his work include The Rusk State Hospital to East Texas Twister. At Stage Directions, DeAndre is an editor and audio technician for SDTV.
